For busy homeowners

A renovation should not become your second full-time job — or cost more than it needs to.

I manage the practical detail, builder communication, decisions and cost tracking that can otherwise consume your working week and quietly inflate the final bill.

As your independent project manager, I work directly for you. I question unclear costs, keep additions and variations visible, help decisions get made on time and make sure avoidable delays or misunderstandings do not become expensive problems.

Why the service pays

The aim is simple: save you more in avoidable cost, delay and poor decisions than you spend on my fee.

A well-managed project is not about cutting corners. It is about catching problems early, challenging unnecessary extras, making decisions before they delay the programme and keeping everyone accountable.

Protect the budget

I keep a close eye on quotations, allowances, variations, payment requests and decisions that can gradually push the project beyond its intended cost.

Protect your time

I take on the constant builder questions, follow-ups, site discussions and coordination that would otherwise land in the middle of your working day.

Avoid expensive delay

Late decisions, missing information and unclear responsibility can stop work and create additional labour or programme costs. I work to prevent that.

Reduce the stress

You remain informed and in control without needing to personally manage every conversation, disagreement or practical detail on site.

My fee should be viewed as project protection — not another building cost. The value comes from better cost control, fewer surprises, faster decisions and giving you back the time and headspace the project would otherwise consume.
